Refund Policy

1. Right of Return
You have the legal right to return products purchased from our store within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the parcel, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Return
The product must be unused, undamaged, without scratches, and returned in its original packaging (including all accessories, labels, manuals, etc.).
The product must arrive back to us in the same condition in which it was delivered.
You are responsible for proper packaging for return shipping so the product is not damaged during transport.
Attention:
If a product shows signs of use or damage beyond what’s necessary to inspect it (e.g. worn, scratched, altered), we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a restoration value.

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
Fill out our Return Form (available on the website) or contact us by email (soundhealing.aura@gmail.com) to notify us of your return request.

We will reply via email or phone within 3 business days with return instructions and address details.
Ship the item back to us at your own cost (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (if eligible) or inform you of any issues.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the return shipping cost under normal return circumstances.
In cases where the product is defective or incorrect (i.e. does not conform to the description), we will bear the return shipping cost ourselves.

5. Refund Processing
Once we accept the returned product:
We will refund the purchase price (excluding original delivery charges) within 14 days from the date we confirm the return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial order, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exclusions & Special Items
Some products (e.g. personalized instruments, made-to-order items) may not be eligible for return, unless they have manufacturing defects.
In the case of sound instruments or delicate items, please take extra care — any damage due to mishandling may void refund eligibility.
