2. Products and Prices
 
All prices displayed on the website are final and include VAT (Value Added Tax).
Aura Sound Healing reserves the right to modify prices, update availability, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
If a product becomes unavailable, it will be marked as “Out of Stock.” Customers may contact us directly to inquire about restocking or pre-order options.
 
3. Orders and Contract Formation
 
An order placed through our website represents a purchase offer. The contract between the customer and Prima Tourist S.R.L. is considered concluded upon receipt of the product by the buyer.
Order confirmations are sent via email.
 
4. Payment Methods
 
Payments can be made securely online via credit or debit card using Stripe as our payment processor.
We do not accept cash on delivery.
 
For large or custom orders placed by email, payment may be made via bank transfer to:

All payments must be completed at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed.
 
5. Delivery
 
Orders are processed from Monday to Thursday, 9:00–16:00, and Friday, 9:00–13:00, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
We deliver just on Romania territory, for other countries please contact us by email. 
Shipping is free for orders above 500 RON.
Aura Sound Healing is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service.
 
6. Returns and Withdrawal
 
Customers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product:

• Shows no signs of use, scratches, or damage,

• Is returned in its original packaging, and

• Includes all accompanying items (if applicable).
   

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If a product is non-conforming or defective, the return cost will be covered by us.

7. Warranty and Product Conformity
 
All products are covered by a legal warranty in accordance with Romanian and EU consumer protection laws.
If a product does not match its description or is found defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it as appropriate.
 
8. Privacy and Data Protection
 
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, available on our website.
 
9. Liability

Aura Sound Healing shall not be held responsible for:

• Delivery delays caused by the courier service,

• Circumstances of force majeure or beyond our control.

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the order placed by the customer.
   

10. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
 
Prima Tourist S.R.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect from the date they are published on the website.
