The shipping conditions described below apply ONLY to orders placed within Romania.

1. General Information
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
You will receive an automatic email notification once your order status changes to “Order Completed.”
Only orders paid online, in full and immediately at checkout, will be shipped.
Cash-on-delivery is not available.
All parcels are delivered by FanCourier.

2. Shipping Method & Fees
FanCourier : 25 RON (VAT included)
The fee is valid nationwide, except for “km exteriori” (remote delivery areas).
If your address is in a “km exteriori” zone:

• we will contact you by phone regarding the additional fee, or

• we will offer an alternative nearby standard address, if possible.

Free shipping for orders over 500 RON.

3. Order Processing

• Processing time: 1–2 working days

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday

• Weekends and public holidays are not processing days
   

4. Delivery Time
After receiving the “Order Completed” email, delivery usually takes:
2–3 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on FanCourier’s workload.

5. Stock & Unique Items
If two customers place an order for the same product at the same time:

• priority is given to the order that is paid first,

• the second customer will be contacted and offered an alternative solution.
   

6. Order Modification or Cancellation
To modify or cancel your order, please contact us by phone:

Emails are checked once daily, so for urgent matters, phone contact is recommended.

7. Refusal of Parcel
If a customer refuses to accept a parcel without valid reason they will be saved on a special list and on the next order maybe refused. 

8. Delivery Issues
If any issue occurs regarding delivery:

• please inform us,

• we will file an official complaint with the courier company.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the delivery process is no longer under our control.

9. Returns & Withdrawal
Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in the case of defective items.
If the original order qualified for free shipping (over 500 RON), the refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.
